Handcrafted sourdough, small-batch preserves, and estate wines rooted in the Shenandoah Valley soil. Fidelis Farm is where patience becomes flavor.
Fidelis Farm & Vineyards began with a simple conviction: that the best food and wine come from listening to the land. Nestled along Jarmans Gap Road in Crozet, our farm draws on generations of Shenandoah Valley growing wisdom and a restless curiosity for what's next.
Our bakers work with naturally leavened starters cultivated for months, stone-milled flours from local mills, and seasonal ingredients sourced within the valley. Each batch is shaped by hand, proofed slowly, and baked in small quantities — never rushed, never routine.
Our vineyard sits on south-facing slopes where the soil drains well and the air moves freely. We prune deliberately, harvest by hand, and ferment with native yeasts whenever the season allows. The result is wine that tastes unmistakably of this place.
Every product is crafted in small batches on the farm, using ingredients grown, foraged, or sourced from neighbors we trust.

See seasonal selectionEverything starts in the soil. Our vineyards, herb gardens, and orchards supply the raw material for every product we make on-site.
We don't accelerate what time improves. Dough ferments overnight, wine ages in barrel, preserves are poured by hand — always patient, never rushed.
Our tasting room and farm stands are gathering places. Join us for seasonal events, bread-making workshops, and wine tastings that bring the valley together.
